Practical Intelligence run the inspiring Nailsworth Community Workshop in Gloucestershire. They offer workshops to help people develop practical skills in silverwork, woodwork, knife making and longbow making. Additionally, they run Pi Guitars, crafting and selling handmade guitars to support Practical Intelligence.

Having designed the first Practical Intelligence website in 2010, it was again time to update the site. The project also included integrating the offshoot Pi Guitars website into the main site.

The redesigned website combines the two previous sites, clarifying the connection between Practical Intelligence and Pi Guitars. Key features of the site include:

• Newly commissioned photographs
• Videos
• A news and gallery page
• Low-carbon design principles and renewable hosting
