Based in the beautiful Stroud valleys in Gloucestershire, Common Edge run permaculture courses and offer a permaculture design service. They approached me to help them grow their business.
I created business cards, letterhead and a visual identity ‘toolkit’ consisting of a logo, distinctive typeface, colour palette, recommended paper stock and a repeating hexagon pattern (a shape common to permaculture gardens). The toolkit enables the business to create their own professional-looking leaflets and posters, consistent with their visual identity.
I also designed and built a distinctive, bespoke website. The site is keyword optimised, responsive and has an easy-to-use content management system enabling the client to keep the site up to date. The next stage will be to add in a payment function, allowing fees for courses to be paid online.
Common Edge now look professional and credible and they stand out from their competitors. We’re confident that the work will help them expand and develop.
“Mark was clear, thoughtful and really understood what we needed to achieve with our branding, visual identity and website.”
