Based in France C21 Translations offer language translation services. Their unique selling point is that they are a green and ethical business. Wanting to work with other ethical organisations, they chose me to create their branding and website.
I took C21 Translations through my brand strategy process. This helped to clarify their brand, purpose and key messages. This was then encapsulated in a strapline, ‘elevator pitch’ and visual identity.
I created a modern, responsive website. The site uses WordPress content management system so that C21 Translations are in control of their content. I also set up a customer relationship management tool and a quote form that links to this, helping to automate customer information management.
We are confident that the work will help to establish C21 Translations and take them to the next level.
